You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes and may not violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

3A. Quote Access and Authentication

To access vehicle lease and finance quotes through our "Shop Yourself" platform, you must create a free account and provide your contact information, including but not limited to your name, email address, and phone number. This requirement ensures we can provide accurate pricing, protect your personal information, and maintain compliance with automotive financing regulations. Quotes are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to change based on credit approval, dealer availability, and current market conditions.

3B. Privacy Protection and Dealer Contact Policy

Shop Yourself (Anonymous Shopping)

You remain completely anonymous until a dealer accepts your offer OR you accept their counter offer.

Drive Match Shop Yourself operates differently from traditional automotive lead generation websites. Your contact information is NOT automatically shared with dealers when you:

• Create an account or sign in
• View vehicle listings or browse inventory
• Request or view lease or finance quotes
• Add vehicles to your shopping cart
• Compare different vehicles or payment options

When Your Information IS Shared in Shop Yourself: Drive Match only shares your contact information (name, email address, phone number) with a specific dealer when:

• A dealer accepts your submitted offer, OR
• You explicitly accept a dealer's counter offer

This means:

• You will not receive spam, unwanted calls, or unsolicited emails simply for browsing or viewing quotes
• Your information is not shared with multiple dealers who compete to contact you first
• You maintain complete control over when and with whom your information is shared
• Only one dealer receives your contact information per accepted offer
• We do not sell your information to third-party lead generation services or marketing companies

By accepting a dealer's offer or having your offer accepted through our platform, you authorize Drive Match to share your contact information with that specific dealer to fulfill your vehicle purchase or lease request. The dealer may contact you via email, phone, or text message to complete the transaction.

Curated Deals (Direct Dealer Contact)

When you express interest in a Curated Deal, you authorize DriveMatch to immediately share your contact information with the specific dealer or partner offering that deal. This allows for direct communication about pre-negotiated offers and special incentives.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Drive Match makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information provided on our website. The information is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. Your use of our services is at your own risk. Drive Match disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drive Match and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. In no event shall Drive Match's total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for our services, if applicable.

6. Termination

Drive Match reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account or any data associated with it.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

8. Additional Terms

Drive Match Fee: The Drive Match fee depends on the vehicle, is charged upon match completion, and is non-refundable.

9. Payment Eligibility

Payment Eligibility: Eligibility for payment is contingent upon the approval of credit, specifically requiring a tier 1 credit score.

10. End-of-Lease Terms

End-of-Lease Terms: Upon the conclusion of your leasing period, you may be obligated to pay a disposition fee to the leasing or finance company.

11. Additional Costs for Out-of-State Purchases

Additional Costs for Out-of-State Purchases: Purchasers from outside the state may incur additional costs, including taxes, registration, and licensing fees, based on their registration address. Please note that tax estimates are provided and will be accurately determined by the dealership before delivery.

12. Accuracy of Information

Accuracy of Information: While Drive Match endeavors to ensure the accuracy of all information presented on our platform, we are not liable for any typographical or other errors, such as data transmission errors, that may occur on the site. Should there be any discrepancy in the posted price (inclusive of finance and lease payments) of a vehicle, Drive Match commits to providing the correct pricing information as soon as the error is identified. Furthermore, in instances where a vehicle's price is listed incorrectly, Drive Match reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a vehicle at the incorrectly stated price. Additionally, it is important to note that vehicle prices are subject to change, and all vehicles are offered for sale subject to prior sale. Availability may vary at the time of purchase.

13. Disclaimer

Disclaimer: While the calculator feature strives to ensure all information provided is accurate, Drive Match cannot be held responsible for typographical errors and other issues (e.g., data transmission) that may appear on the site. If the posted price (including finance and lease payments) for a vehicle is incorrect, Drive Match will make every effort to provide you with the correct prices as soon as we become aware of the error. In the event a vehicle is priced incorrectly, Drive Match and/or our network dealers reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the vehicle with the incorrect price. Additionally, vehicle prices are subject to change, and all vehicles are subject to prior sale and may not be available when you are ready to purchase. Taxes and government fees are estimates. The dealership will help determine accurate taxes prior to delivery.

All interactions, agreements, and obligations related to trade-ins or sales via Carwiser are solely between you and Carwiser, and are subject to Carwiser’s terms and conditions.

16. Calculator and Drive Match Pro Subscription

The calculator and Drive Match Pro subscription services provided on drivematch.com/calc/ are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use these services for any commercial purpose. Drive Match reserves the right to disable or terminate your account without notice if these services are used commercially.
